Great experience. Came into closing time took me in . Quick with process and helpful with wheels. Staff was friendly offered us to stay in waiting room to watch tv and gave bottle of water. Sat here until car was complete. Took about an hour but worth it. Would come back again.

The store manager Adam gave me a great deal on new 20x10 wheels for my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Kylie in sales was great to work with as well, she answered all my questions I had. I also work with Allen at the store too he did the installation. I highly recommend Valley Wheels & Tires if your looking to upgrade your vehicles Wheels and Tires. Everyone was great to work with!!

For over a week I’ve been messaging with this tire shop about tire prices and installation, I explained I was coming from one hr away driving, and I wanted to make sure I had no problems. Even with the add still active and with the messages confirming the price, they changed the price of the tires and the installation by 200$! These guys are not to be trusted, everything that said was a changing lie, and they were blaming everyone from the promoter to the owner for the tire price changes. I have clear conversations in writing, up until I arrived at the shop, but none of that mattered. Stay away and don’t trust!!

I really do appreciate these guy customer service. I ordered a set of porsche rims and I had questions and they had answers... He gave me a heads up the rims may be delivered separately, but they arrived early and all at once... Great company and staff...ill order more for my truck soon...dependable company in 2026...priceless....
